Covid 19 has changed many things across the world, and property inspections are no different. Oakland County Home Inspections believes in doing our part to stop the spread of Covid-19. Who can attend a property inspection?

The client(s), inspector and person granting access. The client(s) should be 1-2 people from the same household.

Do I need to wear a mask?

We leave that up to you and your comfort level. Please let us know if you would like us to wear one.

Are youSICK?

If you, or anyone in you household is sick(not just Covid) PLEASE stay home! We send ALL our inspection reports electronically within 24 hours and are happy to discuss the report over the phone. We even have option for sewer inspections results to be sent to you or your agent. 

Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19 and should seek proper medical care/testing:

Fever or chills            Cough             Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing              Fatigue              Muscle or body aches          Headache

‚ÄčNew loss of taste or smell             Sore throat                 Congestion or runny nose                Nausea or vomiting              Diarrhea
