Covid 19 has changed many things across the world in 2019 & 2020 and home inspections are no different. Oakland County Home Inspections believes in doing our part to stop the spread of Covid-19. Who can attend a home inspection?
The buyer or buyers, home inspector and agent granting access. The buyer(s) should be 1-2 people from the SAME household. At this time it has been mandated that sellers are not to be present for showings/home inspections.
Do I need to wear a mask?
At this time the inspector and all attending parties are required to wear a mask for the safety of you, our inspector and the attending agent.

Are youSICK?
If you, or anyone in you household is sick PLEASE stay home. We send ALL our inspection reports electronically within 24 hours and are happy to discuss the report over the phone. We even have option for sewer inspections results to be sent to you or your agent.
Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:
Fever or chills Cough Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing Fatigue Muscle or body aches Headache
New loss of taste or smell Sore throat Congestion or runny nose Nausea or vomiting Diarrhea
Oakland County Home Inspections are doing our part by wearing a mask, gloves when appropriate, sanitize/wash our hands & equipment and are keeping our 6 foot distance. We respectfully ask those present for an inspection to do the same.
